PHILIP GRAVES
Philip Graves is a leading expert in consumer behaviour who has been at the forefront of helping organisations apply behavioural psychology and behavioural economics in commercial and healthcare environments. He has worked with a diverse range of categories including healthcare, financial services, technology, FMCG and media for clients such as Diageo, Innocent, Sky, Google and Lloyds Banking Group. His book, Consumer.ology, was named one of Amazon’s top ten best business books of 2010 and has been translated into seven languages.
SOPHIE MEDLIN
Sophie Medlin is a well-recognised colorectal dietitian and director of CityDietitians. Sophie worked in the NHS before moving into academia and she now runs her clinic, does consultancy work in industry and works with the media. Sophie is known for her role on Channel 4’s flagship gut health programme Know Your Sh*t where she led the clinical team in diagnosing and managing bowel disorders.
