Abstract:
This video reviews the current guidelines for the nutritional management of infants with cow's milk protein allergy, (CMPA), including DRACMA and ESPGHAN guidelines.
Hydrolysed rice formulas (HRFs) serve as a viable first-line alternative to extensively hydrolysed formulas (eHFs) and also in therapeutic elimination diets. Additionally, HRFs are often favoured for their superior palatability compared to other options.
