Abstract:

This module focuses on the management of malnutrition and malnutrition risk in care home residents. Learn how to develop personalised ways to support nutritional intake. The module also explains when oral nutritional supplements (ONS) may be appropriate, how to select the most suitable option, and how to support compliance.
