Abstract:
Understand the risk of malnutrition and need for full nutritional support for ICU patients, particularly those at greater risk staying over 48 hours. In this video, the speaker will introduce GLIM, a tool developed by ESPEN for diagnosing and assessing malnutrition severity. Learn about the importance of modulating nutritional therapy based on changing needs as opposed to sticking to a ‘one size fits all’ regimen.
Once you have watched this video, please remember to complete your self-reflective notes to contribute towards your continuing professional development. You will then be able to access your Certificate of Completion.
