Sophie Medlin is a well-recognised colorectal dietitian and director of CityDietitians. Sophie worked in the NHS before moving into academia and she now runs her clinic, does consultancy work in industry and works with the media. Sophie is known for her role on Channel 4’s flagship gut health programme Know Your Sh*t where she led the clinical team in diagnosing and managing bowel disorders.

Ro Huntriss is a Registered Dietitian with over 12 years working in a variety of settings including the NHS, private and commercial sectors. Ro created her first Instagram account (@DietitianRo) in 2018 and her second (@Fertility.Dietitian.UK) in 2020. Ro has leveraged her social media presence to secure brand deals, consultancy work, a book deal, create an online fertility nutrition business and establish strong networks with patients and professionals alike. Ro was entitled Social Media Influencer of the Year by the British Dietetic Association in 2022 for her work on @fertility.dietitian.uk.
