Sophie Medlin

Sophie Medlin is a well-recognised colorectal dietitian and director of CityDietitians. Sophie worked in the NHS before moving into academia and she now runs her clinic, does consultancy work in industry and works with the media. Sophie is known for her role on Channel 4’s flagship gut health programme Know Your Sh*t where she led the clinical team in diagnosing and managing bowel disorders.

Sula Windgassen

Dr Sula Windgassen is a leading health psychologist and psychotherapist using psychology to improve chronic illness, chronic stress and trauma. Regularly featured in the media, Dr Sula explains mind-body science in a way that can be implemented into daily life for those with women’s health issues, gut disorders and other chronic conditions. After completing five degrees with two doctoral qualifications, Dr Sula has gone on to publish in leading academic journals, direct a specialised clinical health psychology practice and get a book deal. Dr Sula is now focussed on making mind-body science and practice accessible to as many as possible through her online platform, Body Mind Connect (bodymindconnect.club).
