INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Ensure® Plus neutral (200 ml)

  • 1 can of condensed cream of tomato soup (295 g)

  • Water (100 ml)

 

METHOD

  1.  In a medium saucepan, add the tomato soup and water

  2.  Heat the mixture, stirring occasionally 

  3.  Gradually add Ensure® Plus and heat gently (do not boil)

  4.  Serve in a large bowl

 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

  • Garnish with chopped fresh basil.
