The goal of our dedicated contract management team is to identify areas of contract efficiencies, work intimately with NHS customers to form plans, implement and report effectively. Each Contract Manager is responsible for the monitoring and audit of contracts we partner with the NHS on, to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and contractually agreed key performance indicators. The data which feeds into these reports Is obtained from several cross functional areas and stakeholders across Abbott.
We also work on numerous collaborative initiatives, focussing on common goals Including the drive towards a sustainable contract supporting the NHS In achieving its environmental goals.
