Abstract:
Injuries related to falls are the most common cause of hospital admissions in older people,1 and have a significant impact on patient outcomes and NHS resources.1 Malnutrition and muscle loss are key contributors to falls risk2 but with early screening and intervention, falls can be avoided before they even happen.3
