WHY HAS PAEDIASURE PLUS BEEN RECOMMENDED TO MY CHILD?
If your child’s healthcare professional (e.g. GP or nurse) thinks that your child might be malnourished or at risk of disease-related malnutrition, then they may recommend PaediaSure Plus to help them get the extra nutrients they need.
PaediaSure Plus contains added calories, protein and other important vitamins and minerals. It may be recommended to your child if they aren’t able to eat enough food and drink to get the nutrients they need.
WHAT IS PAEDIASURE PLUS?
PaediaSure Plus is a milkshake-style nutritional supplement for children who weigh between 8 kg and 30 kg or are aged between 1 and 10 years.
PaediaSure Plus comes as a ready-to-use milkshake-style drink and is available in four great-tasting flavours banana, strawberry, vanilla and an unflavoured option. This gives your child lots of variety to choose from so they don’t tire of taking the same thing each day.

HOW DOES MY CHILD TAKE PAEDIASURE PLUS?
PaediaSure Plus is a ready-to-drink nutritional supplement that can be drunk straight from the bottle or poured into a cup. It is best served chilled, can be frozen into ice lollies, or can be warmed up. Just make sure you don’t let it boil as this may damage some of the nutrients and make the drinks less effective.
PaediaSure Plus will be recommended by your child’s healthcare professional. They will tell you how much you need to give your child and how often as each child has their own individual needs. It is important that you follow the guidance given to your child.
PaediaSure Plus may also be recommended to your child as a 500 ml, ready-to-hang tube feed if they aren’t able to get all of the nutrition they need by mouth. Your healthcare professional will direct you on how and when it needs to be given.
HOW TO STORE PAEDIASURE FIBRE
Store unopened at room temperature. Best served chilled, so can be placed in the fridge before use. Make sure you check the best before date and shake well before opening. If your child doesn’t drink all of the bottle in one go, replace the lid and keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
