ABBOTT’S SERVICES ARE DEDICATED TO PATIENTS WHO ARE ENTERALLY FED.

We will ensure you have the equipment, supplies, training and support you need to be able to continue your enteral feeding when you transition from the hospital back to your own home.

We work closely with your healthcare professionals (e.g. GP, nurse or dietitian) to provide a service dedicated to your specific healthcare needs throughout your care journey.

Our Hospital2Home team are here to support you throughout your care journey. We will ensure you have all the products and equipment you need and will make sure you know how to use them safely. We also provide a 24/7 telephone support service for any queries you may have.

NURSE ADVISOR SERVICE

The Abbott Nurse Advisor Service supports you with your enteral feeding needs after being discharged from the hospital. From training you on how to use your feeding equipment to reviewing your progress, we will support you every step of the way.
