Ensure is a milkshake-style drink that is available in chocolate and vanilla flavours. It is ready to drink and comes in a small 250 ml can to make it easy to take, whether at home or on the go, even if you feel too unwell to eat as much as usual.

HOW DO I TAKE ENSURE?
Ensure will be recommended for you by your healthcare professional, and they will tell you how much and how often you need to take it, as this can vary from person to person.
Ensure is best served chilled and you can also add it to warm drinks. Just make sure you don’t let it boil as this may damage some of the ingredients and make the drinks less effective.
HOW DO I STORE ENSURE?
Drinks should be stored unopened at room temperature. They are best served chilled, unless bolus feeding is indicated, in which case they should be given at room temperature. Shake well before use.
Don’t worry if you don’t manage to drink it all in one go. Just keep it covered in the fridge after opening and use within 24 hours.
