WHY HAVE I BEEN RECOMMENDED ENSURE PLUS COMMENCE?
If your healthcare professional (e.g. GP or nurse) thinks you are at risk of malnutrition, then they may recommend you with Ensure Plus, which is an oral nutritional supplement (sometimes known as a sip-feed) that can help you get the calories and nutrients you need.
If you have only just been recommended Ensure Plus, or you haven’t tried all of the flavours available yet, your healthcare professional may recommend the Ensure Plus Commence starter pack so you can try a variety of flavours.
WHAT IS ENSURE PLUS COMMENCE?
Ensure Plus Commence is a starter pack of our Ensure Plus milkshake-style supplements. These oral nutritional supplements are designed to give your body imporant nutrients if you have malnutrition or your healthcare professional (e.g., GP or dietitian) thinks you might be at risk of it.
The starter pack will have been provided to you because your healthcare professional has recommended you with Ensure Plus. The pack contains 10 ready-to-drink bottles of Ensure Plus in 7 tasty flavours: banana, chocolate, coffee, fruits of the forest, peach, strawberry, and vanilla, to give you a chance to try them all and find the flavours that you like the best.
The box includes a ‘Patients Choice Card’ for you to make a note of the flavours you enjoy so your healthcare professional can recommend your preferred flavour next time.
