METHOD

Prep time: approximately 25 minutes
Cooking time: approximately 20 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. 
2. In a large bowl, sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar together and set to one side.
3. In a food processor, blend together condensed milk, butter, vanilla essence and half the Ensure Plus. Mix well until smooth.
4. Add flour mixture and remaining Ensure Plus to the food processor and mix well.

5. When all the flour has been beaten in, continue mixing for a further 10 minutes. Add the soda water and mix until smooth.
6. Grease a tray bake tin and add mixture.
7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
