Ensure Plus juce Strawberry and Blackcurrant jelly

This light and refreshing dessert offers vibrant hues and bold flavours of ripe strawberries and succulent blackcurrants, set into a wobbly, fruity treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 220ml Ensure Plus juce strawberry flavour
  • 1 pack of 135g jelly blackcurrant flavour
  • 20ml boiling water
  • Vanilla ice cream

METHOD

Prep time: approximately 10 minutes
Chilling time: approximately 4 hours

  1. Break up the jelly cubes into a microwavable bowl and pour in 20ml of boiling hot water. Microwave for approximately 1 minute on a medium setting until all jelly has dissolved. Pour in the bottle of Ensure Plus juce strawberry flavour and serve in two small jelly moulds. Place in the fridge for approximately 4 hours until set and then serve with a scoop of ice cream and fruit if desired.
