This tasty dessert is packed with a protein punch. Enjoy with fresh fruit and cream for an extra special treat. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 220ml Ensure Plus Advance (any flavour)
  • Cream or whipped cream
  • Strawberries
  • Grated chocolate

METHOD

Prep time: Approximately 5 minutes
Setting time: Approximately 12 hours

  1. Put 220 ml Ensure Plus Advance into a silicon mould container and freeze for up to 12 hours.
  2. Remove from mould and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with cream or whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and grated chocolate. Yum!
