INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
For a single serving (240 ml):
STEP 1. Pour 95 ml of water into a serving container.
STEP 2. With the scoop provided, add 9 level scoops of ProSure® powder (75 g) to the water and mix well.
STEP 3. When the powder is thoroughly dissolved, gradually stir in an additional 95 ml of water and serve. When mixed as directed, ProSure® provides approximately 1.26 kcal per ml. 400 g provides approx (5) servings.

Once container is opened, cover and store in a cool, dry place; use within 2 weeks. Reconstituted ProSure® must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
