Abbott’s eRegistration solution supports healthcare professionals (HCPs) to securely store, share and communicate information to enhance patient care.

Abbott’s eRegistration website can be securely accessed online by HCPs.
It has been designed as a central hub facilitating care and access to enterally fed patient information. It is pivotal in supporting collaboration between HCPs, Abbott Nurse Advisors and Hospital2Home teams creating a 360-degree digital view of patient care.

By centralising patient orders, patient data and the ability to share patients between various NHS specialist centres, eRegistration provides HCPs with tools to manage positive patient outcomes.
This all-in-one solution eliminates data storage requirements in multiple locations and supports a collaborative approach to transition patient care into the community.

ELECTRONIC DISCHARGE

For ongoing support, the Hospital2Home.abbott website is available to
Abbott Hospital2Home patients to place monthly orders, provide pump
support and track/view orders.

SAFE AND SECURE TRANSFER OF PATIENT DATA

eRegistration is safe, secure and compliant. Patient data is encrypted in transfer and at rest. Access to the website is controlled via Abbott security protocols and rigorous security mechanisms, such as annual certifications in Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus, ensuring HCPs have secure access to patient data.

eRegistration enables the monitoring of patient needs, progress, and adherence, promoting a patient-centred care model while minimising paperwork. This consolidated repository of information guarantees that healthcare professionals have access to current and comprehensive patient information including Abbott Nurse Advisor clinical notes, ultimately enhancing decision-making and improving patient outcomes.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

The eRegistration website enables healthcare professionals to place out-of-schedule orders for patients as and when they are required. These orders are then processed via our Hospital2Home team. For each patient, a full order history and delivery confirmation can be viewed.

eFORMS APP

The eForms app enables Abbott Nurse Advisors (ANAs) to manage their referrals and complete their documentation digitally including:
- Recording all face-to-face and virtual interactions between ANAs and patients 
- Digitising paper trails, enables ANAs to spend more time on patient care
- Quick, direct contact with HCPs
- Tracking of patient referrals

HCP TRAINING REQUESTS

The eRegistration website enables healthcare professionals to access bespoke training through a dedicated login. Training is available 24/7 and can be accessed via video and pdf resources.
Abbott also provides support through live trainings sessions which are scheduled monthly for HCPs. These sessions are tailored to fit the needs of both acute and community based HCPs and if required, must be booked in advance.
